I have heard that there is a tram that travels in a circular route through the city. If so can you tell me which number it is please?

There used to be a tram that did this and it was tram 20, but it stopped as of Sept 2002 as it did not get enough use.
Parts of the line are occasionally used when there is work on the other tram routes, but it is not a complete route.

No, there isn't a tram or Metro.
But there is an "Stop/Go" (sort of bus) wich circle through the Centrum of Amsterdam.
It cost €1 for like an hour.
