Retrieving Text logs?? HELP!?
Does anyone know if it is possible to acquire a log of sent and received text messages that were deleted from the phone but are less than a month old from US Cellular? I need to know for a court case which these text would be very useful.
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Yes and no, Short answer yes, but it is extremely hard to.
When I worked with Sprint, in cases where it was very important, if we esclated it high enough, sometimes we could get a persons text back. You have to really convince them that this is important to you. I'm not sure what the process for them getting the text back or how long ago it can or can't be... but it's worth a try.
If you felt like it was important too, you could try the police department.
All cell company's work with detachments for things like harrasment for example. They have a special 800 number to call, and retrieve special information that they normally can't get over the phone. If you can convince an officer that it is that important, they may be able to help too.
