Take it slow, while your kissing and alone just say something like "iv been thinking about it alot and i think im ready to take this relationship further, are you?" this way you show you are ready and check he is also. Assure him you are in no rush and you want to take it slowly.
Dont go straight to sex if he says yes. Id advise you to go through the "bases" (first base, second base, third base, fourth place) (google one of the bases if you are unfamiliar with the term).
