Yeah it's true, but nobody should be waterboarded. Real life isn't Jack Bauer in a "24" episode. Of course everything should be done to prevent loss of life - like not starting illegal wars based on lies, not standing down the USAF while we're being attacked etc. These Mossad could have easily been prosecuted and imprisoned based on evidence gathered by old fashioned police work.
