I was always told that corn had absolutely no nutritional value. But im 37 weeks pregnant and im craving it like crazy! so why would i crave something that had nothing in it? (rhetorical question) But what is the nutritional value in corn? If any.

Of course corn has nutritional value! and it is a vegetable, so you get some good out of it. Corn is low in saturated fat, it has no cholesterol, very low in sodium, its high in dietary fiber, high in magnesium, high in phosphorus, high in thiamin, and high in vitamin c. those are just SOME of the good things about corn. go ahead and eat some! and congratulations on your baby and i hope everything goes well :)
