I've been using it for the past three months or so and it's pretty good. I'd continue to buy it if I can afford it. I hated using shampoo because it dries out my hair too much and sometimes I wash my hair a lot. When I started using Wen I didn't see much improvement in the actual health of my hair, but over time, and with consistent use, I've noticed my dry hair has started retaining moisture better and it's condition has improved. I no longer have to worry about dry hair from the shampoo. My hair is generally in healthy conditioner, even when I started using Wen, so I've noticed to major changes to my hair, except the moisture condition and the way it feels. It makes my hair super soft and silky-feeling. It separates my curls, which never happened before i started using Wen - and I like the curl separation. It also makes my curls more defined. I bought the Almond Mint sample set from http://www.wenhaircare.com/ but I sent it back because it didn't give my hair the moisture it needs. I then went to http://www.qvc.com/ and bought the 3-piece Wen moisturizing set (lavender, fig, tea tree) and these are working great for my hair. The Fig gives my hair plenty of moisture, but maybe too much. The tea tree gives me curl separation, something fig didn't do, and it gives just the right amount of moisture. I haven't tried lavender, yet. I've mixed fig and tea tree together and it was marvelously super moisturizing on my hair. That was awesome and I'll definitely mix them together again.
I've tried texture balm a few times but can't tell exactely what it's doing to my hair. I never tried the styling creme because I hate putting styling creme in my hair, but that went back with the sample set. I kept the comb that comes with it and that's one of the best combs I've used - very sturdy and will last a long time. I used the Re Moist deep conditioner in almond mint, but it didn't offer my hair the type of moisture it needs, so if I use it again then I'd buy it in a more moisturizing formula.
All-in-all I'd keep using it, but it is expensive and I don't know if I can keep shelling out the money for it. If I had the money then this would be all I'd buy. If you buy it then it's cheaper at QVC, unless you're buying the sample. Another plus about Wen is that there is a full money back guarantee if you return it within 30 days. Wen's guarantee is that they're positive that you'll be completely satisfied or you can send it back for a full refund even if the bottles are empty. I sent my sample set back with 90-95% of the cleansing conditioner used up and half the Re moist gone for a full refund. QVC also has a 30 day money back guarantee so you can try it out and send it back and you'll only be out shipping and handling.
BTW, Wen has been around for several years, so it's not exactly new.

i exploit Wen; i admire the Fig. i've got tried the Cucumber Aloe and Lavender additionally, yet I particularly love the scent of the Fig. It does artwork alright on your hair; leaves it very delicate, sparkling and attainable. i'm Black and that i've got very thick, coarse, comfortable hair, approximately shoulder length. like the previous poster reported, in case you have longer hair and you wash it prevalent, you will expend a bottle without postpone. you additionally can prefer to attempt Ebay; i'm watching some Wen products there suitable now :) thank you vast call, i'll might desire to envision out Sally's additionally.
