how do i get my ipod to work?

There can be many possible reasons but i can only think of some at da time:

1. If you just installed the itunes try to restart the computer and see it works or not.

2. plug-in to a different USB hub and see what happens.

3. if you bought it new, your iPod has not activated disk mode. you can activate through itunes.

4.Make sure your computer recognizes your iPod and make sure any programs using your iPod are closed

5.set up yr ipod again maybe before its setup was corrupted

6.itunes set might have corrupted during the installation try re-install.

7.try to use a different USB to connect.

Last restart yr comp and see if it works or not n then if doesnt download update from itunes and restore your ipod.
