Since you have something like a year to claim the prize, I would take my time. First thing would be to change your phone number to an unlisted one. Next, would be to contact lottery officials who could offer suggestions on next steps. A financial planner could definitely help with how to structure the investment of the winnings (long term, short term, spending cash for bling ;), etc...)

The first thing I would do is get advice from a banker then settle all my and my sister's debts and I would donate to my favorite charities. I would not broadcast my winnings to anyone and I will continue to live a quiet life.

i would make sure that no one in my family is ever poor again. i would start my own computer related business. buy my mom and grandma a house. i would give the ppl in my life that deserves it, i would give them a decent monetary start in life...most of all i'd invest and calculate my money in such a way that i would never ever be broke again.

if i win the lottery buy worlds biggest pizza lol

save it, pay what needs to be completely paid off build my future house and give some to my parents and parents-in-law.

quit my job if i won enough and start my own business

I don't think you have much to worry about.
