ok i went to court on the 19th and i got put on house arrest and probation?

ok the story goes i was living with my dad and he was abuseful he would try to put my head through a wall he dislocated my shoulder and he told to get out of his house and when i tryed to leave he clothes lined me and picked me up by my throat and through me on the couch well i was determine to do anything and everything to get out of his house so one day i went to the store below the house and i didn't want to do it but i stuck a pack of ciggars in my pocket well i got busted and now i cant see my boyfriend or go any where with any of my friends but see what the court dont know is that whole story and that i live in a abuseful home now too with my mom and my question is how can i get the court to believe me and tell them that whole story with out them adding time to my probation cause me and my boy friend was suppose to get married this summer and my mom lied and said i was going to run away with him when i wasn't and thats why i cant see him. my mom knows how to play the court will well to so im going to need alot of help

    well you can tell your probation officer the whole story (calmly or they will just think you are being dramatic) and ask the probation officer or the court if they will provide you with counseling services...that way they will know that you are serious.

    just how was shoplifting supposed to help you in your situation? what should have been done is contact police and show your damages. you would be on the high ground. afraid to call the police yourself? talk to your school counselor, that's what they're there for. then, as mike mentioned child protective services would come in and place you in a foster home.

    Contact child protective services tell them about the abuse, show them bruises or scars. Have yourself removed from your parents home and placed into a foster home.
