Why does everyone call each other trolls when they are angry on Y!A?

I don't call stupid people trolls, I call them stupid.

The people I call trolls are the ones who are lying. They are making up stuff to get a rise out of people. You can sometimes tell by the question, but one of the best ways is to check their level. If someone writes a twisted story and is a level one who asked six questions (actually, the same two questions, three times each) and has never answered one, then you have a troll on your hands.

Sometimes people are called trolls when their question is out of ignorance, not desire to incite a reaction.

However, if you do not answer the question asked (no matter how outlandish it is) or only post "troll" then you are in violation and can have your post pulled.

The best way to deal with trolls, is to report them. Those who simply ask questions because they are ignorant, if that bothers you then move on. It happens.

Trolls are not desirable, no matter how amusing some may find them. To me, they do not add anything positive to a website

On Y!A? people are always calling others troll because either 'they' themselves cannot interpret the question of find it within themselves to fabricate an answer. However, a question should not lead to more questions and should be stated clearly for the ease of others trying to give insight.

Because trolling is another word for saying people are doing/saying something stupid. They are doing it for attention and/or they aren't being serious and it's a waste of peoples time so people call 'troll' to let them know they dont believe and/or they aren't falling for their little pointless whatever they're doing. It's just another internet term.

troll is chatspeak for someone who says something just to make other people angry and just to get people to say something.

IE: Someone posts a question taht says: Why can't i adopt a puppy at the shelter so that i can cook it for dinner

That's being a troll cause you know its pissing people off. Dont know where the word came from tho

i do no longer comprehend what it rather is the two. i think of it is while somebody is purposely offensive judging from the context wherein i've got seen it used. yet trolls however? They could no longer arise with a greater appropriate insult? You troll! rather? appears like some thing my 5 three hundred and sixty 5 days previous cousin could say hahaha.

Because people want to make it obvious that they aren't stupidly falling for the fake question.

But, the way I see it, if they have point that out, they really are stupid.
