Is WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2009 for PSP multiplayer enabled?

i have the psp version of Smackdown vs. Raw 2009 and i want to play against my friend, how am i going to do it? do i need an internet connection? or would ad hoc work without a connection? if it does can you please tell me how cause i don't know :(

    Ad Hoc is good when you and your friend are together

    Infrastructure is good when you want to play with others

    You need internet for Infrastructure

    You don't need internet for Ad Hoc

    so you want to use Ad Hoc

    you can play together without a connection i believe but if it doesnt work go somewhere with wi fi like mcdonalds a train station or a park
