I have Microsoft Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 3.?

After going through my Add/Remove Programs, I found a ton of Security Updates for Windows XP dating from 6/11/08. Can I delete these if I'm up to date as of 4/15/09 and do updates daily?

I'm trying to make my computer faster.

Thanks,

L

    Defrag and CCleaner

All you need, if you are still slow i would suggest adding 1GB of RAM

    CCleaner:

Those security updates are needed. I wouldn't get rid of them. If you want to make your computer faster try exiting the programs running in the background. Or you could add some more memory to the computer as well.
