Try to gently detach yourself from her. When she asks to hang out, try telling her that you're busy - even if you're not. If she calls your house, ask your mom to tell her that you're not home, and if you happen to answer the phone, you and your mother could come up with some sort of 'code word' or phrase that you'll say, or you could do something and she can 'yell' at you to get off the phone. She's obviously not too mentally stable, and you don't want to associate yourself with people like her if you're going to live a successful life. If gently detaching yourself doesn't work, just tell her straight up that you cannot hang out with such a bad influence, and if she truly wants to befriend you again, she needs to get her act together.

don't answer the texts or phone calls, say i was busy or i didn't get them. (but answer some, otherwise that'd be suspicious).

say you're doing something else that day.

if you don't want to be her friend any more just tell her face to face hey i don't to be you friend any more
