furthest he can get is QF where he will bump once again into his arch nemesis federer, and lets not go down the road of who leads the head to head because it is so one-sided that u just feel sorry for roddick.

but he plays monfils in 4th round, i dont know if he will even win that match, but hey he has equalled his best performance from 2005, im sure roddick is pleased about that.

things are looking good for roddick this season, he has made QF or better in every tourney he has played after hiring stefanki as a coach.

I think he has a good chance at going far in this tournament. Andy Roddick has been on a good streak lately, since things have been going well in his personal life. And now with Rafa out of the draw and it being out in the open that Federer can be beaten, he has a good chance. He seems to be doing well at taking things one match at a time and coming through. We'll see. I'm not completely confident that he can win it all, but I think he has a good chance. He should last at least a few more rounds though.

His next game is vs Marc Gicquel. This game is really tough for Andy. Marc is upcoming fast recently. I won't suprise if Andy lose to Marc in next game.

Even he wins over Marc, probably need to against Gael Monfils at round 4. Monfils is always have good performance in his home country. I quite doubt about whether Roddick can win over Monfils.

If he win both coming double games, he needs to vs Roger Federer. It is totally hopeless for Roddick.

I guess he will lose to Marc Gicquel tonight. The most optimistic way is winning until vs Federer

Roddick has a good chance to make it at least to the quarter finals if he keeps playing the way he has. Americans didn't grow up playing on clay like the spanish and european players. But it looks like things are going to change with the next generation. They seem to do better than most on the hardcourts.

As much as i want Roddick to do well Federer always has his number. The Fed will stop his progress unfortunately.
