Yuma, AZ. I love it here. You can live in a relatively small town (100,000 people give or take). The weather is fantastic 9 mos. of the year. the other 3 mos. is just hot as hell. Not much rain at all. Trust me, if you live here, you welcome the rain. Very low crime rate. There's always community happenings. Only thing is, teenagers complain about not having anything to do. And best of all, both California and Mexico are just 10 min. away.

ps: the biggest problem we have, being so close to the border is illegal immigrants coming through- no biggie.

It's funny that you asked that because today my teacher was reading the top 5 countries to live in, as rated by people all over the world on an international poll and Canada ranked number one. That makes me kind of proud because I am Canadian but If I had to choose I would like to live in France or Spain.

  • I have heard great things about Germany and Holland. In my opinion any place away from heavy industry is good. Amsterdam is green and beutiful, and they have a good clean city. Very Liberal. Its Great. Also any place in India, you wouldn't want to live there because of the poverty, but it makes a wonderful vacation.

If you want a purely subjective opinion, Ireland was voted best country to live in reecently, Sweden was the runner up I think.
