Best exercise routine?

Hi, what is the best daily exercise routine for building strength and stamina also at the same time lose fat. Many thanks

    Pushups, and situps. also weight lifting. try to do twenty pushups a day 40 sit ups, and lift 10 20 pound weight each arm a day. then progress to doubling it every month.

    The use of free weights and circuit training along with a proper diet is effective in building strength, stamina, and lose fat.

    As always, diet and exercise are the key.

    As for diet, try eating 6 smaller meals a day with a protein shake for breakfast and lunch. A single serving of fruit for mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack. Dinner should be a sensible meal- minimize rice and breads. Try this for a two-week period. Then, vary your meals accordingly.

    Workouts should have weights and circuit type of training. Free weights are great for toning and weight-loss. You can try dumbbell squats with shoulder presses. Here is a great and effective circuit training using a treadmill. Walk for 2 minutes (as a warm-up), jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, then jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, etc...do this for about 20-23 minutes. This works great.

    By the way, do not be a slave to scale. Check the mirror also. It will show results.

    This is just a start. Keep working out and eating properly.

    I wouldn't listen to the person with the long answer if I were you.

    She does not have accurate info about diets.

    For example, she says that use should use splenda instead of real sugar. That is not a good idea. Research has shown that splenda can enlarge the liver or kidneys, and actually STIMULATE your appitite. Look at this link for more info: http://www.quick-weightloss-solutions.com/dangers-...

    She also says that peanut butter makes you fat, which is not true. It is very high in protein, which is good for you. I usually have a slice of wheat toast with peanut butter every morning for breakfast.

    Anyway, any routine that has cardio and strength mixed in would be good. I recomend the work out video "30 Day Shred" by Jillian Michaels. Good Luck.

    Dynamic exercises has no or less side effects.Push ups and jogging will help you. the Legendary Bruce Lee makes a thousand Push up daily and develop a muscle which cannot be seen in any weight lifter

    One thing is very impotent that you must see yourself in the mirror, after doing exercises.

    It’s improves your confidence & gives you internal happiness it’s makes you to get in shape stay active, and start living a healthy life while balancing your work, home & family needs & most of all you need so have some confidence & here we are for you.
