What would you do? Clearly I have no idea...?

Well, there is a guy on facebook that I barely know. I'm pretty sure I've talked to him twice in real life. But he constantly likes and comments on my statuses... So I was playing around with the honesty box and realized that HE posted a question "Would you date me?" So I responded (anonymously), saying 'Well I would date you. I'm just not sure you if you would date me' and he said 'What makes you say that?' and I said 'Well, we really don't know each other and I'm not sure if I have the courage to tell you my name'. Then a couple of days later my friend convinced me to I tell him who I was. Basically pouring my heart out (not really) but I did say, I worked up enough courage to tell you, I then said my name and said I would like to get to know him better. He responded with 'Sounds like a plan' he didn't even have any punctuation at the end... Which is really weird for him, he is obsessed with grammar and english. So, I can't respond... He is now scared of me and I'm not sure what to do with this situation.

Can anyone help me? I really liked him are my chances over?

Well, the thing is he works near me. Like in the same building. I'm so shy and nervous near him... Usually only near him haha.

Should I respond to the honesty box message or leave it alone... Forever. It's been a week, and the last thing he said was 'Sounds like a plan' (aka you are a creep). haha.

Another thing he just commented on my status again. I'm not sure what he is doing... or what I should do. I really need someone's help with this situation. My friends have told me I can't respond, but if I don't respond then chances are what I said will mean nothing... He thinks I'm a freak doesn't he?

Please I need someone's opinion and perhaps a personal experience.
