anemic or not..anyone feel the same?

okay well to start off my mother was anemic, and sometimes when i stand up from laying down, or get up to quickly ill end up blacking out and trying to get back my balance. but i never thought of it untill i started researching the symptoms to anemia. lately i have being eating alot of ice too, i really just want to know if anyone else has had those symptoms, and if i just seek medical attention.
