Does ''DODGE'' come under the GM umbrella.?

Please have understanding for we Europeans have some gaps in knowledge on these matters.

    As of about a week or so ago, Dodge, GM are under the "Obama Umbrella".

    Only under the "ill managed" umbrella. Dodge is a chrysler product.

    No, Dodge is not a General Motors brand. Dodge is a Chrysler Corporation brand. Two competing car companies much like Fiat and Renault.
