you can tape around the bottom of your knee. that way when you legs start to bend you will feel a pinch and remember to straghten them out. if that doesnt work prewrap your knees really tight so it is harder to bend them. eventually you will straighten them automatically. hope i helped good luck,3

    Rubber band jumps & T-kicks.

Rubber band jumps, bend your legs like you are dong your approach for a jump, keep your arms at your side, and jump straight up like a pencil jump. While in the arm flip your legs out real quick, x-jump, and snap them back in. This will help you with snapping your legs shut. Do about 3 sets of 20.

T-kicks, stand facing forward and put your arms in a T motion. Kick your right leg up towards your arm, do not turn into the side your kicking and don't bend on the way down, do 10 to this side slowly, 10 to the other side slowly. 10 to the right fast, and 10 to the left fast.

for all of them- get leg potential, bounce greater, and concentration on bringing your legs up greater than your hips, not farther aside. rotate your hips foward whilst your legs arise the way you may in case you have been humping something. it is maximum severe. merely keep in mind that its approximately top and ability, not flexibility. i'm very rigid yet can bounce very extreme, which has led to getting hyper prolonged jumps bypass to the link, it could be effective

You have to bend your legs when you come down or else you could really damage your knees.
