"torturing democracy "mandatory viewing?

Should http://www.torturingdemocracy.org/ be mandatory viewing before you vote the next time ? or should the justice dept develop some cajones now and prosecute Bush and his buddies for violating the Constitution and sending our military to be maimed and killed for oil and the will of the international corporatocracy?

The Justice Department needs to do their job, administer justice.

President Obama says that he doesn't want to look back. Well, that is the job of the Justice Department, to look back and see where crimes have been committed. President Obama can keep looking forward, but he needs to let the Justice Department to look back.

How did Bush violate the constitution? The constitution that I hold dear does not apply to foreigners, especially those who were trying to kill our soldiers.

On the war in Iraq, Bush used the best information that he had at the time. The real issue is that, even after congress knew that there were now WMD's, the continued to spend billions on the war. The president has only thirty days that he can fight, but congress has been curring this thing on for years.

The reason that Obama does not want to look back is because he is guilty of the same things that everyone claims Bush has done.
