have you downloaded and imported any new custom content into it? i have problems with it crashing sometimes when i put new custom content into it. just remove the custom content and it should work. if you havent done that then try running a system scan and then close out of all the things open you dont need and then try the game.

Check to see if your computer meets all the requirements to play the game. The most likely cause of a computer game crashing is that the computer does not have enough memory or RAM to play the game. You may be able to purchase more memory or RAM in some computers, though you may not be able to do so for some laptops.

It is probably because you might not have enough space on your computer and it is running slow.

Or the disc could be stratched?

    Hope it works!

    Good Luck :)

have you got anything running in the background?

open up your task manager and close any unnecessary programs :)

if it still continues to crash, you may need to update your driver.

however sims 3 is out tommorow :)

try and close all the applications on the bottom right of the screen. It speeds things up
