YA is turning into a spam central???!!!?

Yahoo! Answers needs not attention.

It need Users who are willing to help the community moderation with reporting abuse the Q&A's that are violating the Community Guidelines.

I heard a rumor of a big layoff at yahoo' Maybe the ones who are left will take up the slack. Usually when they have a layoff they either have a severance offer to everybody who will just quit for X amount of money. That leaves only the most loyal employees left.

Maybe they will keep best team players and eliminate all the dead wood or anybody else who is a marginal employee. That's how I lost my last job. When they had a "reduction in force" in the factory where I worked. (☺v☻ )

Tahoo cant be in the different spots at the same time.There are probally a million or more people on Y/A.There probally a thousand answers every minute.They cant monitor all of them.

There simply are not enough staff members for them to do that. That is why the 'report abuse' buttons are there. When you see that, report it. The staff is needed to focus on appeals, malware attacks -- and fixing the code.

this thing is turning into a disaster. I am thinking of leaving. Not because of the multiple accounts, but mainly because all the top contributors think their sh** doesn't stink.

It's more like a few people are creating multiple accounts. There isn't much we can do other than report, report, report!
