scene make up/ eyeliner recommended eyeliners?

I use ALMAY Eyeliner.

The color that lasts up to 16 hours. It's Water-resistant, long-lasting, smudge-proof. It comes in three color brown, black brown, and for you Black. It's not very expensive at all.

Seriously the only liner that i can wear without it smudging.

I tryed everything.. Urban Decay, MAC, Dior... all the high end eye kajal pencils but really, they all wore off so fast.

Then i was organizing my makeup and found this, so i swatched it on my hand and it really stayed. so i wore it out and there was no smudging :D

ive been wearing it for a while now and i really really like it.

From someone who spent like a crapload of money on other liners, i recomend the cheaper one.

I concentration basically my eyes whilst putting my makeup. i take advantage of vast fat pencil eyeliner a million-3 hues i like purple or plum, gray, hunter green. i take advantage of a million-3 cover female Singles of my fave hues plum hunter etc. I mixture them so as that they are smokey. I placed them on interior the morning, and that they gained't come off till i'm getting residing house. additionally, they stay from AM airport holiday to Hawaii, till touchdown a number of hours later.

Mary Kay's black eyeliner is awesome.

MAC's fluidline eyeliner. once its on, it isn't going anywhere until you wash it off.

scene...ha, i remember those days.

anyway, i used to use mac gel liner, its amazing and even worked in the summer those water and sweat.
