What does this mean????help me..I don't get it?

Question

Alright look I met this girl at a party like a week or 2 ago. It was the first time we met and we made out and all but it wasn't a one nighter type of thing.  We mostly talked. We liked each other but I was a dumb *** and forgot the #.  But now a day after graduation i receive a graduation card from "that girl."  She had a friend deliver it and her friend told me it was her.  Now i'm looking at the card and it has some things in there that i'm like ...should i take it literally or does it have a deeper meaning.  And I don't know her that well to  tell level of sarcasm cause i only spent 1 day with her.   just tell me if this has a deeper meaning and what it might be.  Some more info you might need is that Garrison is kinda a dushe and she didn't like him...i guess and that she thinks that was my first kiss.  The card reads:
dearest McLovin!
you suck!
p.s. ever seen "never been kissed"<3?

she was waiting for you to call her which you never did cuz you forgot the digits...hence the "you suck!" she was half joking half serious. lol..nothing to stress over cuz shes obviously still interested or she wouldnt have sent you the card and gone through the trouble of having a friend deliver it. she couldve taken it to you but she saves herself the embarrassment if she showed up and you looked at her stupid like what are you doing here?? and in that movie he left her waiting in the middle of a baseball field...the main actress(drew barrymore) was waiting for her first kiss. of course the guy ran out at the very last minute right when she was about to give up...take a hint...run to her..if your still interested that is.

i think you should try to talk to her.. Maybe she got hurt and is angry that you never contacted her after that party.. cause maybe she liked you..
