First let me point out im NOT trying to be a vampire wanabe here.

Both me & my wife work the Graveyard shift SOOOO..

I GO to bed at 9:00am and wake up around 7:00pm or 8:00pm

my Wife goes to bed at 10:00am & wakes around 6:00pm or 7:00pm

we both work a graveyard shift that goes on all night,

we decided to stay awake at night even on our days off to keep our bodys ajusted.

I usually sleep when I'm tired (that is, at random times during the day). I tend to "pull all-nighters", though. I wouldn't recommend my lifestyle (full of grogginess and a "what year is it?" sort of a feeling).
