utiliza tu horno de microondas pero cubre el refractario porque se deshidratan

LOS PUEDES HACER EN HORNO ELECTRICO Y DE PREFERENCIA COMPRA CANELONES PRECOCIDOS, QUEDAN MEJOR.

En el horno eléctrico salen muy bien.
Si los cubres con una buena salsa también puedes recurrir al microondas.

el horno electrico te sirve solo checa la temperatura, que rico ya me dio hambre.....
