If You Saw Me Laying in the Street, Would You Help Me?
If you saw me laying in the street, bleeding heavily, would you save me?
Good lord, judging by all these comments, I hope to god I'm never laying in the street, bleeding heavily.
Yes, Bela, I'm real. I breathe air, I have a beating heart, a working brain...so yes, I'm a real person.

Even if you weren't bleeding, I would stop to be sure you were okay, and if you weren't okay I would give you first aid and get someone else to run call the authorities to help you. I have always been this way (I'm a psychologist) but found that even well dressed lying outside a fair venue many people don't care ... I was lying on the sidewalk having a heart attack, and it was 40 minutes before I could get anyone's attention and got the help I needed!

Of course I would. I would save any helpless person in pain, I wold call 911, and get you to the hospital right away.
God forbid that happens to anyone!
I hope that never happens to you or anyone else.

Yes I would, and I would make sure to get other people to stop the traffic and call 911- just remember that we need to pay it forward- I'd hope you would do the same for anyone else!

Of course I would help! Although thanks to all of the stupid stuff people can sue you for today it would be dangerous
Lawyer:my client says she did not give youpermissionn to help her.
Me:But she was passed out and the law clearly states...
Lawyer:Objection! Judge, we are not going to use logic in this right?
Judge: I'm going to quit in a week, I don't care, now let me get back to listing to my iPod.

It really depends. The bystander effect would be a problem, depending on the number of people...like the more people around, the less likely anyone will feel inclined to help.
