how can i change a .jpeg image into .cur?

I got this cursor .jpeg image and basically i want to use it on a website, but i'm not sure how to change it to .cur. Any ideas?

    what you want to use is Microangelo Toolset 6.10

    Open it in am image editing or graphics program, click save as, and select the file extension you want to put on it.
