How long does it take you to read 500 pages?

If you have a good book, 500 pages, and nothing to interfere with you reading...how long? no cheating by skipping ahead or missing words, and picture books don't count lol

Update:

thanks! my hubby make me feel like a freak for doing it in 6 hours

I have about a minute per page reading speed (slow I know)...

With no distractions I could finish 500 pages in 500 minutes, or 8 hours, 20 minutes.

,, it could take abt 5-6 hours .. sth lyk that.... it also depends on how much vocab there is,, and how clear it is.. lyk cuz smtyms we repeat a part over and over till we get it..but if there were.. but if i sat lyk focused and not distracted by this stuff. it would take abt 5 hours lets day... on the other hand.. some books i read.. stay for more than a month wen i am busy with other stuff... i seem to not want to finish the books i read. cuz i love themm and i dont want them to finish.. so sometyms i force myself nt to read so i wont finish the book./ LOL

It depends on the font, spacing and size of the page, but generally about 4-5 hours, but it has to be a REALLY good book or I lose interest.

Reading a good booklet offers a richer experience and can leave you with stories that can last years. Television is merely educational if you're observing a documentary or something similar
