Inconsistent hissing noise, like an air leak, that sounds like it's coming my drivers side front tire?

I have a 92 Honda Accord. I've only heard it on the freeway at a steady speed and it only lasts a minute or two. It sounds similar to an air leak and I can hear it louder when I roll down the window. So it's not the window, I know it's not the tire, and my car doesn't feel like it driving any differently. Any ideas??

Thats a tuff one, not being in the car with you. Need more info. Is the sound consistant with the speed of the car or the engine? Ex. if you rev the engine could or do you get the same sound? or only when the wheels of the car are moving, fast. If it's in the wheels i'd check your brake pads for low pad, you could be hearing the sensor on the rotor telling you change your pads. or your front wheel hub bearing is worn out and needs changing.

    Good Luck
