What would you do ?

I have written about 20 song-lyrics'. I resently found a Music Publisher out of Nashville . The A&R people seemed really interested in my material . How-ever, The company is saying that '' I need music to my lyrics, and that they would put music to my material for a small fee''... Something- does not feel right about this . any suggestions ???

    Make your music, don't put up with that crap the company is giving you.
