Poll: Who won E3? Sony, Microsoft or Nintendo?

Im sorry but how is nintendo second in your list?

They TOTALLY FLOPPED!!!! They could have hanged themselves on stage to make it more interesting and entertaining seriously all the way thru it was "we've had sooo many sales, yet we have no new or interesting announcements"

1. MS - The sheer amount of new games, content and technology was immense. Soooo many new and exclusive games coming out AND NATAL and milo how freaking impressive.

2. Sony - Had some impressive new games coming out, the motion sensor thing was pretty lame, and psp Go was lame too but apart from that they were pretty awesome. And the fact that they could joke about their products being leaked, and how well they presented everything.

3. Nintendo - If there was a was of rating this lower i would, completely overshadowed by both MS and Sony. They might as well not have turned up. They had nothing new, they showed things they announced YEARS ago. Most pointless long and boring conference in the history of all conferences

(1.) Sony - The motion controller is a complete ripoff of the Wii remote, so I was not impressed. But it will be far better than Natal on the gaming front. Sony also had the most interesting games to show, I think. The PS lineup is looking stronger than ever, with such games as Versus 13 (which I lament Sony did not utter a single word about), Uncharted 2, MAG, FF14 (a total shocker, though the excitement whore off quickly), and GoW 3 on the horizon. Very strong indeed. However, the PSP Go, while definitely an improvement, is horribly overpriced.

(2.)Nintendo - Nintendo's conference as a whole was pretty boring. But the Metroid trailer at the end basically made up for the whole thing, as it was pouring out heaps of pure awesomeness. Super Mario Galaxy 2 was lost on me, as I didn't really like the first one. I am mildly interested in New Super Mario Bros Wii, however, as well as Red Steel 2, which I will probably be buying. It's also good to know another Zelda game is in development.

(3.)Microsoft - Natal is unimpressive in its entirety, and little more than an Eyetoy ripoff. But I've learned not to expect much creativity from Microsoft, so I wasn't all that surprised. I was more moved by all that improvements they were making to Xbox Live. Considering XBL is a paid service, it is truly a good thing to see MS taking an active stance to further improve it. Microsoft didn't have a single interesting game to show IMO. The "meh" English VOs for FF13 only served to remind me that we're not gonna get the Japanese VOs because the silly Xbox 360 doesn't have room for them. So, now the 360 version is dragging the title down as a whole. Bummer.

I kind of thought Microsoft would had something more interesting to show than Natal, but it seems I was wrong to expect much from them. It is good to see 360 owners will finally get to experience some MGS action, though it doesn't look like Big Boss will be in it.

All in all, I think Sony "won" E3. Sorry if I sound pessimistic, the event as a whole has been somewhat of a mixed bag, in my opinion.

In response to your note; Regardless of the technology in use, Natal is conceptually identical to Eyetoy/PS Eye; just with updated capabilities. Also, I might ask what gave you the impression that PSP Go was a letdown? Is that just your opinion? The opinion of your friends? That was a bold and yet entirely unsupported statement.

Microsoft hands down, not just because of Natal, but an impressive line-up which is due to come out before Spring next year (whereas only 1 of Sony's game is expected this year), building on their impressive online capabilities, and with the announcements made about MGS and FF, leaving Sony with only GT as a true exclusive franchise for Playstation.

Sony's biggest fail was no price cut, the one thing it needed most. They also spent most of the time talking about PSP, highlighting just how confident they are with PS3.

On top of that, it turns out that the so called "PS3 only Final Fantasy" IS NOT A PS3 exclusive at all, since both MS and Square have hinted it will be released on other platforms. In short, they don't have any major exclusive franchises left (apart from GT as I already said). Plus their "Wii-ripoff-eyetoy-dildo" was a joke next to Natal.

Nintendo are so far ahead, frankly they didn't even need to turn up to E3. But they too must be worried about Natal.

If Sony won, it was for the games only. Makes me wish I had a PS3. Most accurate new controller, (review the demos) but you a Playstation eye (webcam) to use it thats BS.

MS is definite second, I think Natal is being underapperiated, I think it definitly is more than an eye toy rip off, MS already had one of those the MS live camera. If can do things accurately with supplying a certain lvl fun, than they prolly won E3 but there are just too many questions about its performance.

Nintendo sucked. Your sh*t is being bought stop trying to sell us on more. And stop showing things we already know about (Wii Sports Resort, yea that was a show stopper). Make some jaw dropping annoucements, like wii is going VR or something, have due out in two years, and you will stay on top. This is why you will have to start selling wiis in different colors.

Im a fanboy and sony can suck ******* nintendo is our only problem making our cheddar .... We dont even have to worry about those $hits now . Nintendo is making our money . You know why im braging , its cuz we stole sonys only hope mgs and Final fantasy . But when we stole their precious splinter cell it was the final nail in the coffin . Heres our exclusives and its way more than just halo as some ignorant ps fanboys assume ( Mass effect which is our best exclusive not halo ) Gears of War series Splinter cell forza motorsport series Dead or alive series Fable series And the Ubisoft naruto series . Aseries of naruto games exclusive to us and many more so dont say all we have is halo cuz im the xbox fan thatll prove you wrong . Psp go was all you clowns showed that i will buy ..and ps i hooks up to a 360 like the original did so thanks helping us kick yo ***. When they anounced mgs for xbox my whole xbox live party was cracking up and Then splinter cell my favorite and one of the most revolutionary games ever I laughed hours after it was over so feel free to argue .

Sony, they had the most new games & the most surprise announcements. FF14, The Agent, The last Giant, The biggest surprise the next real Metal Gear on PSP, Resident Evil PSP, etc...

Microsoft was next, but everything they showed was pretty much is going to be on PS3 or PC as well.

Sony. They had the games. The MS Natal thing is just a rip off of the Playstation eye.

i gotta agree with you project natel looks like a new step up from the wii though not up my alley and if it goes in how i saw the trailer then it should be a huge hit
