If a turtle doesn’t have a shell, is he homeless or naked?

    well those guys have no ability of thinking out the box so ill help you out. i would say naked lol. because depending on the turtle they have homes. some turtles live in holes! so i guess it could go either way.

    He's dead. A turtles shell is connected to its interior skin. So if the turtle were to somehow lose its shell, it would die in hours because its skin is exposing meat. That meat gets infected and the turtle dies, within hours, from disease or worse.

    Dead... given the shell is formed from a turtles rib cage and spine.

    Imagine that you were born without a skin.. and had to be naked all day long.. exposed to the sunlight uv's, rain, heat, cold, dust, bacteria and etcetera. I think you do understand clearly.
