Can I use an electric paintball gun in the rain?
We have a game scheduled for saturday, but a few of us have electric guns. did they take rain games into account when the built these guns? Or will I ruin my gun?
I think I have a gap in my grip, but plastic wrap and some hockey tape over my grip should solve that, right?

just make sure there are no gaps between the grips. and tape up the porting on the barrel

Taping up the porting, by the way, is to protect your accuracy more than your gun. Rain water can get in the ports and make the last 2+ inches of the inner bore wet, which will cause paintballs to swerve & curve all over the place. You want a smooth, dry bore to get those shots on target.

Electric guns can be used in the rain as long as it isnt submerged in water. It will not affect the gun if it gets wet from rain

it should be fine but id tape the hole in the grip like you said just incase you dive or slide into a puddle cause no1 wants their game to be about avoiding puddles instead of shooting people

As long as it doesn't get submerged, it wont be a problem.
