CitiBank credit cards...any good? Any horror stories?

    My Mom has had a CitiBank card for many years. She also has GREAT credit. Just recently, she paid down her balance and then about 2 months ago decided to pay it off in full. After she paid the card off she gets a letter from them notifying her that they’ve lowered her credit limit. She was so insulted that they lowered her limit; she canceled the card altogether.
