My mom is diabetic and she has a hard time keeping her fingers and feet from cracking but she found a lotion that helps. She said it really hurts when she started using it because it's trying to heal the skin, but after you use it long enough, it starts healing the cracked skin. Look for hemp lotion. It usually has a weed leaf on the bottle. It should be able to be found at any Walmart/Target. It's not a drug, either. They use the marijuana plant to make the lotion.
