either she thinks you care and she's seeking advice ... or she regrets breaking up with you and she's expecting you to say "damn sorry to hear that, you should come back to me baby" .. or she's just an idiot ..

if she's complaining about him to you maybe she's hinting she wants you back...
go for some ex-sex... if she's willing have at least that to go on
