Get Firefox, then download/install the free AdBlock Plus addon - you will never have to see another ad again !

Yes, I hate the fact that online advertisements use animation.
Ads with sounds are also obnoxious.
It is even more annoying when you get those ads that expand over what you are trying to view. The animation has already forced our attention to the ad; if I was interested i would have clicked it - they don't need to creep out into my viewing area.
