    Try these programs:

    Clam Win http://www.clamwin.com/ (Free Anti-Virus)

    Spyware Doctor http://www.spywaredoctor.com/ (Anti-Spyware)

Avast http://www.avast.com/ (Free Anti-Virus) need a key but you got 60 days to do that.

Avira http://www.free-av.com/ (Free Anti-Virus with awesome detection rates)

Source(s): One or more of these will find it.

That was scareware urging you to hit its website. Since you went there, it may now have downloaded some real malware. It's now time for some real scans. If you have an anti-virus, make sure it has the latest virus definitions and run a scan with it in Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking. That often prevents malware from protecting itself. If you don’t have one, many people here swear by AVG (it’s free). I suggest you also download Ad-Aware Free and Spybot S&D (they’re free), install them, update them and run them, again in Safe Mode With Networking. Also, turn off System Restore to evict any copies of bad stuff that might be lurking there. To get into Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking: 1. Log out and reboot your machine. 2. When the machine starts the reboot sequence, press the F8 key repeatedly. 3. Select Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking from the resulting menu. 4. Login. If the malware has changed your password, try logging in as Administrator. By default, Administrator has no password. 5. The machine will continue booting, but the Windows desktop will look different. 6. When you're finished doing what you need to do, log out and reboot back into normal mode. Note that even if the anti-malware programs get rid of the malware, they may not be able to reverse the effects. Search the Web for possible fixes. Update and run everything regularly, not just when you think you already have malware. Good luck.

Since you can't get on the internet, do you have a second computer (at work for instance) at your disposal? If you also have a flash drive or MP3 player, you could download a free anti-virus program like Avast or AVG onto this drive and then install it into your infected computer and go from there.

Well, first off, don't purchase any other software. You can clean your computer for free.

First, try to download these programs, then install, update, and run full scans with them:

    http://download.cnet.com/Avira-AntiVir-Personal-Fr...

    http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware...

If they don't work, you should try downloading and then running them in safe mode.

To get to safe mode: Re-boot your computer, tap F8 key repeatedly, bring up the BIOS Menu, and then using your arrow keys choose Safe Mode With Networking and hit enter.

However, if this virus you have is disabling any security program from running in any mode, you will have to try a couple of other methods:

    1. Using an uninfected computer, download Avast AntiVirus onto an empty pen-drive. Then plug the USB into your infected computer, and run a full scan.

    2. Again using an uninfected computer, download and burn the Avira Rescue Disk. Insert it into your infected computer, then re-boot, bring up the BIOS Menu, and change the boot-up order to CD/ROM first.

One of these steps should hopefully let you re-gain enough control over your system to be able to properly install and scan Malwarebytes and Avira.

    I hope this helps you

    Good luck !!

get anti virus software from a friend onto a CD or pen drive (i recommend a read-only CD) and install the anti virus, anti-malware etc.

if its conflicker (i doubt if it is - its venom lessened sometime back) u have tools on the net to clean it - just Google. use a friend's PC or laptop and a free anti virus such as AVG, avast or avira. also anti spyware/anti malware and firewall, Trojan remover etc

    Source(s): Google, logic ;)

Dont worry u might not have the conflicker my guess is that the virus has messed up ye host file to repare this get a host file fixer from the internet

If you can, try Malware-bytes (free download on malwarebytes.org or CNET Downloads). It saved my computer when I had the same problem and I was actually able to get it working even though my computer was a mess. It cleaned it out and I haven't had a problem since.

If not, you will have to reboot your computer into safe mode and remove it from there.
