Solve trig equation:: stuck?

Solve 4tan² (x) - 4sin (x) = 1

Must be something I'm missing. Here's what I have:

4[sin²(x)/cos²(x)] - 4sin(x) - 1 = 0

Multiplying by cos²(x)

4sin²(x)-4sin(x)cos²(x) - cos²(x) = 0

4sin^3(x)+5sin²(x)-4sin(x)-1 = 0

Ugly cubic....What to do here?

Update:

If you think this is impossible or extremely difficult to solve, pls. let me know as I was wondering if I should use a graphics calculator for this.
