my wii is moded and stopped reading disk?

left a game inside, when I turn it on it just pops out a message that is in Japanese or something

this is bad if it was a downloaded game disc, besause the downloaded game disc allways spins (no matter is it switched on or off).
back to the point- your disc drive is BURNED OUT!
