How do you do this type of make up?

you can go on a website to do that..you have to use blue eyeliner..but when putting that on first you have to like trace it so i can see it just a little bit.hen color it in or redo it if u think that it doesnt look good..! hope that helped :) --meg

For the flickr, do pinky-red eyeshadow, eyeliner, and thick eyebrow. + a face paint: red at the edge, blue dragged down in the middle.
