something i still don't get...?

a little awkward but

when people say man-boobs / moobs, do they mean muscular pecs or the jiggly kind? because some people get offended and some say thank you when they hear you have nice moobs.

this isn't a joke or anything, i'm clueless

    really it could be either or but most people mean saggy men boobs
