What happens to the 1st sidekick lx now?
so I have the first sidekick lx midnight blue and now they dont sell the old lx's in the retail store but they still sell the tony hawk one. So i was wondering since i still have the warranty pla for my LX and it breaks does this mean im going to have to get the tony hawk lx?

no, you won't get that. you will get a refurbished Sidekick LX that someone else sent in because it was broken and then Tmobile fixes it, then they send it to you. i would know because i had a sidekick slide that needed to be fixed then they sent me a refurbished phone, it says it in the paperwork that came with it, its not right, but thats what they're doing. so if your phone becomes broken, i would take it to someone that knows how to fix it, dont send it to Tmobile.

No. They have that at your T-Mobile store, not all of them. So if you throw a fit, they will have another T-Mobile send you the same one. Or maybe they have one that you have in the back.
Just talk to someone about it.
