Send a mail describing your problem to account-security-help@cc.yahoo-inc.com. Or call Yahoo: 1-408-349-1572, explain to a customer service person what happened.

If you can not provide the information you used to open the account or the vital security questions and answers, you will not be able to recover the password, change it or access the account. So you better hope you can answer the questions to prove that you are who you say you are when you contact service representative and explain the problem to them.
