daughter nintendo ds keeps freezing....whats wrong?
my daughters ds keeps freezing during game play..it is fully charged and it doesn't matter what game she is playing the game freezes and she has to turn it off......HELP please, I don't know what to tell her to do.

There could be a chance the game is loose in the back. If you remove the game in game play it will freeze and cause you to restart. try blowing into the game slot and test it out alittle. There is a spring in there to lock it into place. When i first got my DS I thought I broke it for that very reason.

First try blowing in the DS card slot to get rid of any dust then blow on the chip. If that doesn't work you can send it to Nintendo and they should either give you a discount or give you a new one.
