Quick cookie/dessert Recipe - no eggs?

I have run out of eggs and want to make some cookies....but quick! So nothing to difficult...i have the munchies...or any other ideas?? thanks!

    Oatcakes Oven to 315

    half cup of brown sugar

    halfcup of marg or butta

    touch of vanilla

    mix together

    then a cup of white flour

    mix together

    then two cups of oats

    add a bit of cinnamon

    mix together

    form into 6 balls, pat down on cookie sheet bake for 20 mins

    drizzle with chocolate sauce if you have it but i just like it plain

    No cook cookies: mix oats,coconut and peanut butter into a ball. Neat little cookies! Healthy too.

    SUGAR COOKIES (NO EGGS)

    1 c. sugar

    1 c. sour milk

    1 tsp. salt

    Flour

    1 c. shortening

    1 tsp. baking soda

    1 tsp. baking powder

    1 tsp. vanilla

    you can use applesauce in place of eggs in your recipe
