The idea behind making an offer for an injured player is to pick them up cheaply. Personally, I wouldn't trade Price for the pair, let alone Price +2. Quentin played over his head last year and Shields is having a terrible season. I'd keep the players I have.

Hey man. Next time mention keepers, because the first answer may think it's a deep keeper league (like 7+keepers) and that makes Price much more valuable.
You have other keeper arm options you said and this could be a steal is Quentin comes back strong.
