Financial Aid: California vs. Colorado?
I was really wondering if there was much of a difference between the two states in the area of financial aid.
Is one state more likely to provide an individual with more grant money then the other, even if that individual is living under the same conditions in either state?
Some site reference would be nice if it could be provided
Thanks to all who answer :D

You will get more money from the state you are a resident of because you will be eligible for the state grants, but if you're a resident of neither then how much you get depends on the college as each college gets a different amount of funds to allocate. However, federal grants are all pretty much standard.
